A $25 registration fee is required for every family in order to be enrolled in classes. It is only charged once per dance season, is non-refundable, and is due at the time of registration.

You may chose one of the three payment schedules to fit your family's needs:

Monthly: Payment is due by the 7th of every month. If payment is received after the 7th of the month, a past due fee of $10 will be added on to your charge. No exceptions. Upon Registration, FIRST AND LAST month's tuition will be collected. For example, if you are joining us in September- you will owe September/June and a reg fee as your first installment. This helps with costs and organization come recital time J Half Year: Upon registration, you will pay half the total tuition due and the other half by January 7th. Full Year- You will pay full amount of tuition and no further payment is due until recital time.

Some months may have two or three weeks due to Federal Holidays, Religious observances, etc and others may have five. You are not paying per month, per say you are paying for class installments. The school year has 38 scheduled class days as well as additional class time for makeups. You do not pay less for shorter months and you do not pay more for longer months.

Automatic Payments are strongly encouraged J Your account will be debited on the 7th of each month. You may also pay online-we have a new system this year so payments should be smooth as butter!

Miss Allie's Dance Connection accepts Cash, Credit Card or Check. Please note: If your check bounces, you will be charged a $35 returned check fee.

If all payments are not received by the time of the end-of-year recital, your child(ren) will not be allowed to participate- I'm sorry, no exceptions! There is also NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Studio Credit only.

Miss Allie has attached a calendar full of closings, makeup's and more! When the Nyack School District is closed due to inclement weather or cancelled after school activities- the studio will be closed. If you are ever unsure about the studio being open, please feel free to text/email Miss Allie or visit our website. Each month a calendar will be posted online and in studio as well with makeup classes, trips, parties, and more!

All Dancers must submit a written request to MissAlliesDc@gmail.com to be withdrawn from a class. This will be considered the 30 day written notice. Payment is still expected and a dancer can attend the class during the 30 day withdraw notice. Installment will be adjusted at the end of the 30 days. Without written notice, you will continue to be billed-no exceptions.

Full installment is due each month regardless of your child's attendance. We absolutely understand that things come up throughout the year, so if your child needs to miss class due to vacation, illness, something fun that came up -they are more than welcomed to makeup the class time at any point during the dance year. Miss Allie will be using her iPad to take daily attendance and will keep track of your child's attendance. It is your responsibility to makeup classes either during the dance week or during one of our makeup days (see schedule.) For additional Saturday makeup days- reservation is required by email/text!

WE ARE A PEANUT-FREE STUDIO! Students and Parents are welcomed to bring snacks but will be asked to discard if they contain peanuts. Water and Sports Drinks are permitted, no soda. Please keep snacks as healthy as can be.

Parents: Coffee is always up and running when your child is in class. PLEASE help yourself to our coffee station in the back of the studio. Don't feel funny, that's why its there! J

I am always here for you, personally and professionally! Like I have said, the families here at my studios are apart of my little dance family. Please do not hesitate to express your concerns, ask questions, etc! Texting and Email are the best ways to get a hold of me quickly, but of course you can always call!

1. If I am is sick or unable to attend a class, classes will have a substitute.
